No, it is 17.
Consider 123456789. For 37, we group in sets of 3 (as (10^3) % 37 = 1), & so (123+456+789) % 37 = 36 = -1.
20 such sets are there in the number in question, so 20 * (-1) = -20. So remainder is 37-20=17.
PS: I verified this with 'bc' (basic calculator in Linux which lets you deal with huge nos.)
